Modular Meal Service (Week of 1/01/24)

Grass fed Meatloaf - organic onions, carrots, celery, eggs, Boulder avocado oil chips (breadcrumb substitute), gelatin, ketchup.
Organic Potatoes Boulangere- “Potatoes from the baker” these are peeled cut and cooked with bacon, onion, fresh thyme and stock. These will cook down until tender in the stock and finish with a nice glaze of butter and stock once reaching prime tenderness.
Roasted Romanesco Gratin- organic roasted romanesco (broccoli) with lemon, capers, Parmesan and Maldon salt
Small portion is 1lb of meatloaf and 1 container of sides approx- 32 oz (appox 4-6 servings, depending on portion size)
Large portion is 2 lbs of meatloaf and two 32 oz containers of sides.
