Chef Charlie’s Organic Gluten-Free Chicken Francese- skinless, thinly sliced chicken breasts coated in 1:1 GF organic flour, dipped in organic pastured egg wash and browned in olive and macadamia oil. These babies are then covered in a sauce of organic white wine, lemon, bone broth, light butter, and parsley.
Organic Roasted White Sweet Potatoes- Roasted to perfection, peeled, and lightly mashed with shallot herb butter, lemon zest, and Maldon salt, then formed into medium sized patties and lightly browned in ghee. YUMMMMMM…
Organic Roasted Broccoli- Broccoli florets tossed with garlic, Redmonds salt, avocado oil and Parmesan cheese until beautifully browned. They will then be tossed with a little olive oil, fried capers, and a squeeze of lemon to finish.
Small order is 3 chicken breasts sliced thin and one container of each side (approx 32 oz around 4-6 servings, depending on portion size)
Regular portion is 6 large breasts sliced thin and two 32 oz containers of each side
