Modular Meal Service (Week of 2/5/24)

Organic Peruvian Beef and Cilantro Stew-a classic Peruvian dish with chunks of carrots and organic grass-fed chuck roast in a sauce of cumin, garlic, red peppers, onion, cilantro, organic gluten-free beer and jalapeños (or Peruvian chiles if available). Mild spice.
Organic Jasmine Fried Rice- this is intended to be eaten with the stew so I’m keeping it basic but wanted to offer something more than just rice. This version will consist of shallots, garlic, egg, bacon, green onions, and coconut aminos.
Organic Roasted Root Vegetable Medley-Various root vegetables (think carrot, parsnip, celery root) roasted individually with fresh thyme to achieve perfect tenderness of each then tossed together with avocado oil, fresh rosemary dust, and fresh thyme, then drizzled with organic maple syrup to bring these delicious veggies into the autumn season.
Small portion of sides is 1 container approx- 32 oz (appox 4-6 servings, depending on portion size)
Large portion of sides is two 32 oz containers
