Modular Meal Service (Week of 3/6/23)
Menu for week of 3/6, meals ready for pick-up Wednesday 3/8, Thursday 3/9, Friday 3/10. We will contact you with your pickup date.

Braised Organic Grass Fed Beef Shank- Braised in 48 hour stock with leeks, shallots, caramelized onions, organic white wine, roasted garlic, California tomatoes and thyme. These shanks are gonna be off the BONE!!! Hehe. Deep complex flavors highlighted by the crispness of the white wine and acidity of the tomatoes (I love tomatoes but don’t cook with them as much as I used to due to their inflammatory effects, but every once in a while a recipe just begs for tomatoes) tied together by the roastiness of the garlic.
Organic Chicken and Rice soup- This gluten free soup will replace the Bone Broth this week. The base starts with the 48 hour Bone Broth that you know and love, while adding tender organic chicken meat, delicious organic carrots, celery, onion, and organic jasmine rice. 2 quarts. Perfect to serve to those kiddos in a thermos for lunch!
Gluten free Polenta Cornbread-1 loaf of sliced gluten free cornbread made with Gluten Free 1:1 flour and Bob’s polenta. Packaged with organic, local, honey maple butter for spreading. Serve with your chicken soup or beef shank!
Add-on option (see separate link to purchase here): We are experimenting with a new menu format this week. If you prefer protein heavy menus, we have the option to add-on two (or three depending on the size) organic pan-seared chicken breasts this week for $30. Click here to add to your cart and order.
