Modular Meal Service (Week of 6/17/24)
Monday 6/17 midnight ordering deadline for pick up next week Wednesday 6/19 & Thursday 6/20 between 3:15-5pm

Chef Charlie’s Organic Gluten-Free Chicken Francese- skinless, thinly sliced chicken breasts coated in 1:1 GF organic flour, dipped in organic pastured egg wash and browned in olive and macadamia oil. These babies are then covered in a sauce of organic white wine, lemon, bone broth, light butter, and parsley.
Small order is 3 breasts, regular sized order is 6 large breasts sliced thin
Organic Asparagus Crispy Bacon Lardon Salad- I choose the freshest, most sturdy, slim and tender looking asparagus. These are then carefully cut into pieces and tossed with garlic and thyme, Yukon gold potatoes with a shallot and fines herb mustard vinaigrette finished with crispy bacon pieces. Organic Roasted Cauliflower- Roasted organic cauliflower drizzled with olive oil and sprinkled with Parmesan cheese, lemon zest, parsley, and smoked Maldon salt.

Small portion of sides is 1 container approx- 32 oz (appox 4-6 servings, depending on portion size)
Large portion of sides is two 32 oz containers
