Organic Bone-in BBQ Chicken Thighs- dry brined organic chicken thighs grilled on medium heat and lacquered with Chef Charlie’s homemade gluten-free, soy-free, gum-free Maine Root Beer Adirondack Maple BBQ sauce. (Maine Root Beer ingredients-Carbonated pure water, Fair Trade Certified organic cane sugar, spices. Caffeine Free).

Skewered Shrimp 12 8/12 per lb Skewered Shrimp marinated with olive oil, shaved garlic and ginger, coconut aminos, chopped cilantro, lemon and lime.

Organic Grilled Asparagus salad- grilled asparagus, bacon lardons, fingerling potatoes and shallot-Dijon herb-mustard vinaigrette with 5 year aged Banyuls vinegar and 100% California organic extra virgin olive oil.
