Modular Meal Service (Week of 8/26/24)
*Sunday 8/25 11:59pm PST ordering deadline for pick up next week Tuesday 8/27.
Organic Hickory Smoked and Roasted Boston Pork Butt-Rubbed with spices and left to marinate overnight then smoked and rubbed with more spices, seared off on all sides then slow roasted in 48-hour stock, garlic, and onions then rested and pulled. Served with a maple, mustard, and coconut aminos bbq sauce on the side.
Organic Cast Iron Gluten-Free Cornbread-Bob’s Organic Polenta, Arrowhead Mills organic 1:1 gluten-free flour, coconut sugar, buttermilk, brown butter, vanilla, and pastured organic maple butter with Maldon salt for spreading.
Organic Coleslaw kit- organic coleslaw mix (cabbage, onion, and carrot salted and dried) served with seed-oil free coleslaw dressing with organic celery seed, lemon, and paprika on the side so you can mix it up a la minute keeping your slaw crisp and fresh for sides or topping off a sandwich or taco.
Small is 1 pound of pork, half batch of cornbread and small coleslaw, large is 2 lbs of pork, full batch of cornbread and large (2 containers of coleslaw)
