Roman Braised Beef with Tomato and Cloves-grass-fed chuck simmered with pancetta, onion, garlic, fennel, tomatoes, and fresh thyme.
Creamy, Cheesy Organic Polenta-Bob's Red Mill polenta simmered with organic milk and finished with butter, Parmesan, and cheddar.
Fresh Organic salad of- shaved fennel, cherry and grape tomatoes. fresh parsley. Kalamata olives, and fresh mozzarella with Meyer lemon vinaigrette on side.
Small portion is 1 container approx- 32 oz (appox 4-6 servings, depending on portion size) of each item above
Large portion is two 32 oz containers of each item above
