Organic Pulled Pork Butt- 1, 3, or 4 lbs of Organic pork butt, wet brined overnight with coconut sugar, apple juice, Redmonds salt, black peppercorns, oranges, bay leaves, green cardamom, clove, and allspice. Next the pork is rubbed with mustard, paprika, chili powder, smoked paprika, onion powder, and garlic powder, then slow roasted with our 48-hour stock. All spices, mustard , sugar, fruit, etc is 100% organic. No corners cut. 

Chef Charlie’s Grilled Radicchio Coleslaw- Organic radicchio seasoned with olive oil and sea salt , then grllled at high heat and tossed with toasted elephant garlic slices, shaved carrot, parsley, and a German mustard, tarragon, shallot, celery seed and toasted cumin vinaigrette. Small portion is 1 container and regular & large are 2 36 oz glass containers.

Organic Cast Iron Gluten-Free Cornbread- Bob’s Organic Polenta, Arrowhead Mills organic 1:1 gluten-free flour, coconut sugar, buttermilk, brown butter, vanilla, and pastured organic, honey-maple butter with Maldon salt for spreading. This will be a double batch, meaning it will be a thicker in height cake when cooked in the cast iron. This will create more crumb surface for your enjoyment and butter spreading. This also means that each former whole cornbread is now only a half (but really still the same size but thicker and better imho). Small portion is quarter of double batch, regular & large are half of double batch.
