Modular Meal Service (Week of 12/4/23)
Menu for week of 12/4, meals ready for pick-up Wednesday 12/6 and Thursday 12/7. We will contact you with your pickup date.

Gluten free Organic Beef & Pork Meatballs- Organic onions, garlic, fresh dried herbs, Parmesan, and gelatin (secret ingredient added for moisture and texture instead of breadcrumbs) and buttermilk.
Cheesy Organic Bob’s Polenta- The classic creamy polenta is cooked for 30 minutes with water and milk; then cheddar cheese and butter is added at the end to upgrade the creaminess-and cheesiness.
Super Garlicky Organic Green Beans- French green beans are blanched to perfect tenderness and blasted with heat in a cast iron (or wok) with macadamia oil and avocado oil. Once they begin to blister, I add shaved garlic and garlic salt. Simple, salty, and garlicky. My son and wife can’t get enough of these.
Small portion is 10 meatballs and 1 container of sides. Regular portion is 20 meatballs and 2 containers of each side (approx- 32 oz-appox 4-6 servings, depending on portion size)
