Menu for week of 12/11, meals ready for pick-up Wednesday 12/13, Thursday 12/14 or Friday 12/15. We will contact you with your pickup date. If you have a preference, please contact us when you place your order.

Organic Gluten Free Chicken Piccata- organic breasts sliced thinly, coated with gluten-free flour and browned, then covered in a butter, lemon, caper, and parsley sauce with a splash of organic white wine and cream.
Caramelized Onion Organic Mashed Potatoes- organic onions caramelized then added to riced potatoes, with organic butter and cream.
Organic Glacéd Carrots with Shio Koji- organic heirloom carrots peeled and roasted with shio koji then glacéd with butter and stock.
Small portion is 1 lb of chicken and 1 container of sides. Regular portion is 2 lbs of chicken and 2 containers of each side (approx- 32 oz-appox 4-6 servings, depending on portion size)
