Grass fed Beef Bolognese- grass fed beef browned and simmered with Organico Bello whole tomatoes, organic carrots, garlic, celery, onion, pancetta, and Parmesan. I do all the leg work to create a scrumptious bolognese for you. The bolognese is done in the traditional style (Bolognese is a traditional Italian meat-based tomato sauce) with no punches pulled here (that means carrots are included for sweetness). Use this sauce for your pasta or with eggs on top or just as a side dish with chunks of Parmesano Reggiano on top sprinkled with parsley. You can even put it on top of your baked potatoes! It is kind of like an Italian chili.

Super Crispy Roasted Organic Russet Potatoes- with garlic herb infused olive oil and Parmesan cheese.

Organic Cast iron Brussel sprouts- blanched, and dried then seared at high heat with ghee, then tossed with caramelized onion, garlic confit, apple cider vinegar, and German mustard.

Small portion is 1 container . Regular portion is 2 containers of each (approx-  32 oz-appox 4-6 servings, depending on portion size)
