Small Portion Modular Meal Service (Week of 7/3/23)
Small Portion Menu for week of 7/3. Due to the holiday, meals will be ready for pick-up Thursday 7/6 & Friday 7/7. (We will contact you with your pickup date but if you have a preference, please email at order time and we will do our best to accommodate you). Sunday PM July 2 ordering deadline.
The Small Portion provides a half portion of proteins, and a little over a half serving of sides compare to the full Modular Meal Portion.

Organic Bone-in BBQ Chicken Thighs- dry brined organic chicken thighs grilled on medium heat and lacquered with Chef Charlie’s homemade gluten-free, soy-free, gum-free Maine Root Beer Adirondack Maple BBQ sauce. (Maine Root Beer ingredients-Carbonated pure water, Fair Trade Certified organic cane sugar, spices. Caffeine Free).
Skewered Shrimp 12 8/12 per lb Skewered Shrimp marinated with olive oil, shaved garlic and ginger, coconut aminos, chopped cilantro, lemon and lime.
Organic Grilled Asparagus salad- grilled asparagus, bacon lardons, fingerling potatoes and shallot-Dijon herb-mustard vinaigrette with 5 year aged Banyuls vinegar and 100% California organic extra virgin olive oil.
